The ASOS Face + Body Advent Calendar 2023 has officially landed, and it's giving us all the festive feels — even if it was about 30 degrees when it launched. Retailing at £90, this calendar packs serious value with a total worth of £397 across 25 days of beauty. While it doesn’t come with a tote bag this year, the packaging is sturdy, colourful, and super fun to open with layered drawers and numbered boxes.
Let’s get into everything inside...
Day 1 – Iconic London Illuminator (2.8ml – £12)

This mini size might be small, but trust us, a little goes a long way. Iconic London’s Illuminator is one of those products that instantly upgrades your makeup look. The original shade is a glowing champagne gold that looks stunning tapped onto the cheekbones, down the nose, or even mixed into foundation for a full-face glow.
While this bottle is just 2.8ml, you can actually purchase this size on its own — it’s worth £12. Yes, it's tiny, but it's concentrated and lasts ages. A great first product to kick things off.
Day 2 – Erborian Skin Therapy Night Oil (10ml – £21)

Now this is a dreamy one. A brand-new launch from Erborian, this oil-serum hybrid is packed with 17 plant extracts to smooth, nourish, and hydrate overnight. It's a two-phase formula that sinks in quickly and promises a fresher, more radiant complexion after just one use.
The mini 10ml bottle is worth a solid £21, and it’s ideal if you're curious about the full-size version. Erborian rarely misses, so this one’s definitely a win.
Day 3 – Rituals Rejuvenating Body Scrub (125g – £7)

Who doesn’t love a bit of Rituals? This scrub from the Ritual of Ayurveda range features pink salt and sweet almond oil, making it the ultimate at-home spa moment. It smells lush and leaves skin feeling super soft without being too harsh.
It’s not full size (that would be 300g), but 125g is still a decent chunk to get a few indulgent uses. A great one to use before fake tan or just to refresh your skin midweek.
Day 4 – Malin + Goetz Lip Moisturizer (10ml – £13)

You can't go wrong with a nourishing lip balm, and this one from Malin + Goetz is luxe but practical. It’s a clear gel formula that instantly soothes and hydrates without feeling sticky.
At 10ml, this is actually the full-size version and it's worth £13. Pop it in your bag, on your nightstand, or keep it on your desk — it’s a staple you’ll actually finish.
Day 5 – Invisibobble Sprunchie (1 pc – £5.99)

Scrunchies are back, and this one has a twist. Inside the velvety-soft fabric is an Invisibobble coil, meaning you get the comfy hold of a scrunchie with the no-kink benefits of the original hair rings.
It’s gentle, cute, and honestly just nicer for your hair — especially if it’s damaged or coloured. This is a full-size piece and super handy for lazy hair days or dressing up a ponytail.
Day 6 – Caudalie Vinopure Gel Cleanser (150ml – £18)

Full-size alert! This gentle foaming cleanser is ideal for combination or breakout-prone skin. It contains salicylic acid from natural sources along with grape water and essential oils to purify without stripping your skin.
The bottle is a generous 150ml and worth £18, which is amazing value in an advent calendar. It’s perfect as a second cleanse or morning wash to keep your skin clear and fresh.
Day 7 – Sachajuan Hair Repair (30ml – £5)

This little tube is packed with punch. Sachajuan's Hair Repair treatment uses ocean silk technology to strengthen, hydrate, and bring your locks back to life.
You get 30ml here — enough for a couple of treatments depending on hair length. It’s a cult fave for a reason, and great to stash for travel or emergency hair TLC.
Day 8 – NEOM Bedtime Hero Candle (75g – £19)

The perfect wind-down product. This NEOM candle in Bedtime Hero smells like a spa, with calming notes of chamomile, ylang ylang and cedarwood.
At 75g, it’s their travel size and still gives a really good burn time. Ideal to light during your nighttime skincare routine or when you just need to chill.
Day 9 – Sunday Riley Good Genes (5ml – approx. £11.50)

This mini of the famous glycolic acid serum is pricey for its size, but it’s powerful stuff. It works to exfoliate, brighten and smooth the skin.
Five millilitres might not sound like much, but it’s enough to see results. If you’ve been curious about Sunday Riley, this is a great intro.
Day 10 – e.l.f. Blush Brush (£5)
A super soft brush that can be used for blush, bronzer, or even powder. It’s a great addition to any makeup bag and feels surprisingly luxe for the price.
If you don’t already have a go-to blush brush, this one’s fab. And if you do, well, you can never have too many.
Day 11 – Cetaphil Moisturising Lotion (29ml – sample size)

This one’s a bit of a basic, but still useful. Cetaphil is known for being gentle and effective — especially if you have sensitive skin.
It’s only a 29ml sample, so nothing groundbreaking, but handy to keep in your stash for travel.
Day 12 – Philip Kingsley Elasticizer (40ml – approx. £9.30)

A pre-shampoo treatment that gives your hair shine, bounce, and moisture. The Philip Kingsley Elasticizer is a haircare hero, and one of those products people swear by.
Apply to damp hair before shampooing, leave it on for 10-20 minutes, and rinse. A great one to have on hand during colder months when hair gets dry.
Day 13 – Dr. Barbara Sturm Face Cream (20ml – £55)

Yes, you read that right. A 20ml face cream worth a whopping £55. Dr. Barbara Sturm is serious luxury skincare, and this cream hydrates, soothes, and calms stressed-out skin.
It’s lightweight, yet rich, and absorbs quickly. Perfect for day or night, and definitely one to savour.
Day 14 – Revolution Glaze Lip Oil (full size)

A juicy cherry-scented lip oil that gives a glossy, non-sticky finish. It’s tinted pink and can be worn alone or over lip liner/lipstick.
Super hydrating and perfect for everyday use. You’ll definitely want to keep this in your handbag.
Day 15 – REN Brightening Dark Circle Eye Cream (5ml – approx. £16.33)

This little pot from REN is their Brightening Dark Circle Eye Cream — and while it’s only 5ml, it’s a third of the full-size version, which costs around £49. That’s still a pretty decent value. Designed to reduce the appearance of dark circles, brighten up the under-eye area, and give a more radiant look overall, it’s a product that’s definitely aiming to be a daily essential in your routine.
It’s nice and lightweight, so it works well under makeup and absorbs quickly without feeling greasy. The ingredients are gentle enough for daily use — morning or night — but it didn’t quite hit the mark for me when I tried it previously. My sister swears by it though, so it’s definitely a personal preference thing. If you’ve been curious to try it, this travel size is a great way to give it a go.
Day 16 – Arkive The Good Habit Hybrid Oil (50ml – £14)

Arkive is a haircare brand I’ve been really impressed with, and this Hybrid Oil is one of their standout products. It’s designed to work from root to tip, delivering lightweight hydration and shine without making your hair feel heavy or greasy. It’s formulated with baobab and jojoba oils to nourish and smooth, and it’s suitable for pretty much all hair types.
You can apply it to damp hair after washing, then comb it through before styling. I’ve used their shampoo and conditioner before and loved them, so I’m really excited to try this oil too. Plus, it’s vegan and cruelty-free. The 50ml bottle is full size and a really decent amount to see how it works for your hair over time.
Day 17 – The Ordinary Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA (30ml – £5)

This is one of those simple, no-fuss moisturisers that just works. The Ordinary’s Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA is packed with hydrating ingredients like amino acids, dermal lipids, and hyaluronic acid. It helps to keep your skin barrier healthy and delivers long-lasting moisture without being too heavy or greasy.
At 30ml, it’s the travel size version — but still a solid amount, especially for trying it out. It’s a great option if you’ve got sensitive skin or if you just need something basic and effective to keep your skin hydrated. Definitely one of those staples that’s good to have in your routine.
Day 18 – This Works Deep Sleep Pillow Spray (10ml – £10)

This pillow spray from This Works is a total classic — and for good reason. It smells amazing thanks to the blend of lavender, chamomile and vetivert, and is designed to help you drift off to sleep more easily. Whether it actually helps you fall asleep faster or not, it’s just a lovely way to wind down before bed.
The 10ml size is perfect for travel or keeping on your bedside table. I always enjoy getting these in calendars — and while we’ve definitely seen it a lot, it’s one I never mind having spares of. A few spritzes on your pillow or around your room and you’re set for a relaxing night.
Day 19 – First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream (28.3g – approx. £6)

This First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream is an intense hydrator that works wonders for dry or irritated skin. It’s great for winter when your skin starts to feel tight or flaky — and it’s gentle enough to use anywhere on the body, even the face. I’ve used it on dry patches, hands, elbows, and as a face cream, and it’s always helped calm things down quickly.
This size is half the full size but still a generous amount that’ll last you through the season. It’s especially good for sensitive skin or if your skin barrier needs a bit of extra TLC. A great one to have on hand during the colder months.
Day 20 – Grown Alchemist Hand Cream (65ml – £18)

This Grown Alchemist hand cream feels like such a luxe addition to the calendar. It’s got a gorgeous scent — vanilla and orange peel — and the formula is super nourishing without being greasy. The aluminium tube is also really satisfying to use and easy to throw in your bag without worrying it’ll leak.
At 65ml, this is a full-size product and a decent value too. It absorbs quickly and leaves your hands feeling soft and protected, which is ideal as we head into colder weather. Plus, the packaging just looks so chic on your bedside table.
Day 21 – Elemis Pro-Collagen Marine Cream (15ml – £37)

One of my absolute favourite moisturisers — the Elemis Pro-Collagen Marine Cream. This little 15ml pot might be small, but it packs a serious punch and retails for £37. It’s anti-aging, deeply hydrating, and helps smooth out fine lines, which makes it a staple for so many people.
It’s especially great if your skin is feeling tired or overdone from trying too many products — this always brings my skin back to life. It smells lovely too, like a mini spa treatment in a jar. Love seeing this in the calendar.
Day 22 – MAC Fix+ Stay Over Setting Spray (30ml – £15)

MAC’s Fix+ is an iconic product, and this is the “Stay Over” version — a long-lasting, alcohol-free setting spray that helps keep your makeup locked in all day. The 30ml size is perfect for travel or your makeup bag, and the mist feels super fine and refreshing.
It’s a great finishing step to your makeup routine, helping your look stay in place even in warmer weather or long days. I’ve used this before and I always notice a difference in how my makeup wears throughout the day.
Day 23 – Sol de Janeiro Brazilian Bum Bum Cream (25ml – £10)

This is one of those products that almost everyone has heard of — and for good reason. The Sol de Janeiro Brazilian Bum Bum Cream smells absolutely divine and feels amazing on the skin. It’s a rich body moisturiser that helps with hydration and leaves a bit of a glow behind too.
The 25ml pot won’t last forever, but it’s the perfect size for travel or just giving it a try. It’s one of those scents that always reminds me of holidays — warm, sweet and just addictive. I never get tired of seeing this in calendars.
Day 24 – Psychic Sisters Gua Sha (worth approx. £24.99)

This Gua Sha tool from Psychic Sisters is a nice little treat for Christmas Eve. It’s a facial massage tool that’s designed to help with lymphatic drainage, reduce puffiness, and give your skin a lifted appearance. It’s made from crystal and feels super soothing when used with a facial oil or serum.
Once you’ve got one of these, you don’t really need more — but if you’re new to it, it’s a great introduction. You can easily find tutorials online for how to use it, and it adds a relaxing step to your skincare routine. Lovely little addition to the calendar.
Day 25 – Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Dreams Luxury Palette (Full Size – £45)

Christmas Day delivers a serious treat — the Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Dreams Luxury Palette. It’s a full-size eyeshadow quad featuring four stunning shades that work perfectly together to create both daytime and evening looks. You’ve got your prime, enhance, smoke and super pop shades all in one place.
The tones are warm, rosy, and flattering on pretty much everyone. It’s the kind of palette that’s easy to use but still makes you feel glam. At £45, it’s half the cost of the calendar on its own — and a really luxe way to finish off the unboxing.
Final Thoughts
Overall, I think the 2023 ASOS Face + Body Advent Calendar is such a solid pick — especially for the £90 price tag. You’re getting a great mix of skincare, body care, makeup and haircare, with plenty of full-size products and well-known brands like Charlotte Tilbury, Elemis, MAC, and REN.

There are definitely a few repeated classics, but honestly, they’re classics for a reason. The value is incredible (nearly £400 worth!), and the inclusion of the CT palette on Day 25 really takes it to the next level. My only slight wish is that we’d seen a bit more makeup overall — maybe a blush to go with the brush we got, or an eyeshadow brush to go with the palette. But those are small things.
All in all, this is definitely a calendar worth picking up — either for yourself or as a gift. If you’re only buying one this year and want a bit of everything, the ASOS calendar is a great shout.
